PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the inverter-cooling structure of a vehicle that does not require any sub tank or the like. SOLUTION: The inverter-cooling structure of a vehicle is provided with an inverter 1 for converter power to be supplied to a driving motor to power, a cooling tank 2 for circulating cooling liquid, and a cooling plate 3 for propagating the heat of the inverter 1 to the cooling liquid. Also, the inverter l is arranged at the lower portion of the cooling tank 2 via the cooling plate 3, thus avoiding the interference of the radiation of heat of the inverter 1 by air 10 staying inside the cooling tank 2.
