PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obviate the necessity of forming a conductive paste on one end face in a separate process after obtaining a green laminate, because the conductive paste is not formed at one end face in the direction of lamination, in a green laminate which is obtained by forming a conductive paste on the main surface directed outward of a ceramic green sheet made on a carrier film, peeling a carrier film, and stacking a plurality of ceramic green sheets while directing the main surfaces where conductive paste films are formed, in the same direction. SOLUTION: As regard the outermost ceramic green sheet 28a which is positioned on the side of one end in the laminating direction of a green stack 27 and besides whose main surface 38 without a conductive paste film 29, is exposed, in a process of stacking a plurality of ceramic green sheets 28, 28a, and 28b, the one where conductive paste films 29 and 30 are made in advance on both main surface 35 and 38 is laminated. |
