PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a customer correspondence system enabling a shop assistant to take appropriate correspondence in accordance with an individual customer by automatically displaying the personal information on each customer visiting in the store on the screen and allowing the shop assistant to grasp the personal information on each customer before a step in which the customer purchases merchandise. SOLUTION: This customer correspondence system which automatically displays customer information in order to perform appropriate customer correspondence when the customer being the store user visits the store, is provided with a non-contact type data carrier where customer information is stored and which is preliminarily given to the customer, a reader having reading means that are arranged at a plurality of positions in the store and read the information stored in the data carrier in a non-contact method, and a displaying means for displaying the information read by the reading means. |
