PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a guarantee system which is highly reliable and enables flexible operation. SOLUTION: A maker has a terminal device 2 and a user has a terminal device 5 respectively. The maker inputs a machine kind, a product number, and a shipping date via the terminal device 2 and stores them in a database file 1. The user inputs user information including a machine kind, a product number, and a purchase date via the terminal device 5. When the machine kind and product number that the user has inputted match the machine kind and product number that the maker has inputted, the input information of the user is registered as guarantee data in the database file 1. |
