<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inductor which is high in reliability of connection between an inner conductor and an outer electrode and its manufacturing method, where the inner electrode functioning as an inductance element is buried in a resin magnetic material molded body, and an outer electrode is formed on the molded body by plating for the formation of the inductor. SOLUTION: Plating metal films 14a and 14b electrically connected to an inner conductor (coil) 2 exposed on the surface of a magnetic material molded body 3 are formed by plating the surface of the magnetic material molded body 3, and the metal films 14a and 14b and the inner conductor (coil) 2 are turned to an alloy through a method in which, for instance, heaters 10a and 10b heated up to a prescribed temperature are pressed against the metal films 14a and 14b, by which the inner conductor 2 and inner electrodes 4a and 4b (formed of metal films 14a and 14b) are improved in reliability of connection between them.</p> |
