PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic component of a structure that the electronic component is good in corrosion resistance and moreover, can be easily handled, the strength of the adhesion of a buffer layer to a base stand can be raised and as the buffer layer of an equal film thickness can be formed, a conducting film can be equally formed and an irregularity in the characteristics of the component can be suppressed, and to provide a radio terminal device. SOLUTION: In an electronic component, a buffer layer 100 constituted of a non-metallic material is provided on a base stand 11, a conducting film 12 is provided on the layer 100, grooves 13 are provided in the film 12 and the base stand 11 is provided with one pair of terminal parts 15 and 16.
