PURPOSE: An apparatus for incinerating a waste substance is provided to recover and use efficiently a combustion heat by contacting with an air introducing from an exterior using the combustion heat generated when incinerating the waste substance and by moving and heating the contacted air in desired temperature and position. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for incinerating a waste substance introduces an air into an air chamber(30) between an incinerator(10) and an incinerating casing(20) in force and is exposed at a surface of the incinerator(10), thereby recovering a waste heat and discharging to an exterior through a duct(D). A heat exchanger, which a plurality of pipe for a heat exchanging is communicated in a lower and an upper portions, is installed at the duct(D). A recover of the waste heat is accomplished by contacting with the air discharging to a pipe for a heating of a greenhouse. The incinerating casing(20) is separated with the incinerator(10) and is placed at an outside to form the air chamber(30) separated with the incinerator.
