INNER CASE FOR KIMCHI STORAGE DEVICE AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING INNER CASE

PURPOSE: An inner case and method for manufacturing the same is provided to achieve an improved heat conductivity and mechanical strength by forming the inner case from a polymer composite material. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing an inner case(20) comprises a first step of cutting a carbon fiber(20a) into the size of 2 to 8mm; a second step of adding the carbon fiber and graphite powder by using a polymer resin as a substrate; a third step of performing silane treatment and low temperature plasma treatment to the resultant structure so as to increase a coupling force between the carbon fiber and graphite powder and the polymer resin; and a fourth step of compounding the resultant structure at the speed of 100 to 250 rpm by using a twin compounding machine, thus obtaining a polymer composite material. The inner case for kimchi storage device which is injection molded by using thus-obtained polymer composite material has an increased heat conductivity and mechanical strength.
