PURPOSE: A vacuum pump for self-circulation cooling system is provided to reduce the size of vacuum pump, and reduce power consumption by allowing the water pump and cooler to be simultaneously operated by a single motor. CONSTITUTION: A vacuum pump(100) comprises a cooler(300) arranged at a cooling fan(210) side of a motor(200) for rotating a driving screw(110), and which allows the cooling water for cooling the vacuum pump to be heat-exchanged by the air sucked through the cooling fan; and a water pump(400) arranged at the opposite end from the cooler, and which is interlocked with the driving screw so as to circulate the cooling water, whereby air is compressed and discharged by the motor, and cooling water is circulated by the motor. The water pump is connected to a spline shaft(117) arranged at an end of the driving screws.
