<p>A feature parameter of a glittering material used in a color paint the composition of which is unknown is visually extracted. An image database is searched with the extracted feature parameter as a keyword. The image of the nearest single-component glittering material is displayed on a monitor. By comparing the image of the color paint the composition of which is unknown with the image of the single-component glittering material, the type of the glittering material used for the unknown-component glittering material is identified.</p> |
