PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small-sized, high-output rotating electric machine of low vibration and low noise. SOLUTION: The magnetic salient pole portions 33 of an external rotor portion 3 and the magnetic salient pole portions 43 of an internal rotor portion 4 are at the same circumferential positions, and internal periphery side slots 204 and external periphery side slots 202 are at the same circumferential positions. Consequently, the radial components of electromagnetic forces with the pole portions 33, 43 acting on the external periphery side teeth and the internal periphery side teeth of a stator 2 are canceled, and vibration by that periodical variation is reduced accordingly. |
