PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical pickup device and an optical disk device using it of high precision, high sensitivity and low power consumption by improving assembling precision and simultaneously attaining a thin shape and miniaturization. SOLUTION: In the optical pickup device which supports a lens holder 11 holding an objective lens 1 to a sus-holder 14 via plural leaf springs 12, 13, the sus-holder 14, the lens holder 11 and plural leaf springs 12, 13 are integrally formed. Thus, an actuator is precisely manufactured, a space for optical adjustment is omitted, miniaturization is realized and a projecting area is reduced.
