The mobile protective shield for paint spraying consists of at least two plate-form base elements(10,11) joined together and one of which has a collecting tray for excess paint. The base elements are joined together with overlapping on the facing edge sections. The collecting tray(7) is formed by the base of the respective base element. Length adjustable supports(8) in the form of telescopic metal tubes are connected to the rear walls of at least one base element.
