The drive (10) has a drive arm connected at a first end to a drive mechanism, so that it can be pivoted about a drive axis. A coupling arm is connected at a first end to the second end of the drive arm by a coupling joint with a defined rotation axis. The second end of the coupling arm is connected to a windscreen wiper blade (12). A driven arm is connected to the coupling arm. The rotational axis of the coupling joint and the drive axis of the drive arm are not parallel.
