PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ejector and a particulate supply/transport device easy to maintain, having large flexibility in a design, and capable of transporting the particulate of a relatively large diameter of about 50 mm, the poor-fluidity particulate of a repose angle of about 75 deg. or the easy-to-wear particulate. SOLUTION: This ejector 1 has a nozzle part 2 generating transporting air A, a particulate supply port 3a disposed downstream of the nozzle part 2 and nearly vertically supplying the particulate P downward, a throat part 4 formed continuously from the nozzle part 2, having a smaller diameter than the nozzle part 2, and a particulate transport pipe 5 formed continuously from the throat part 4. In the ejector 1, a flow direction of the transporting air A in the port 3a is a nearly vertical downward direction. The particulate supply/transport device 10 has an air-sealing device 6 supplying the particulate P into the ejector 1.
