PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the cost required for changing the height of the top face for refrigerating unit of an underframe for refrigerating unit/air conditioner when the change becomes necessary. SOLUTION: The height of part of the top face sections 2 and 5 of the underframe 1 for refrigerating unit/air conditioner on which the components of a refrigerating unit and an air conditioner are mounted is changed by bending a sheet metal.
