PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for readily and efficiently producing polymer fine particles including a plurality of bubbles in the interiors by a simple operation. SOLUTION: A (meth) acrylic ester is polymerized by a water-soluble polymerization initiator, and the obtained polymer is dissolved in the (meth) acrylic ester to provide a polymerizable solution. The resultant solution is dispersed in an aqueous medium as the fine particles, and the resultant dispersion is subjected to a suspension polymerization at pH >=6.
