PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a product having brick surface appearance having a feeling of brick surface, being light in weight so as to facilitate its handling greatly, preventing it from being cut into pieces and scattering of powder particles, and being favorable for indoor use and a manufacturing method therefor. SOLUTION: This product 1 having brick surface appearance has a basic material part 2 made of a light-weight material and a powder particle layer 4 fixed on a surface 2a of the basic material part 2 through adhesive 3, and the powder particle layer 4 is formed by powder particle groups whose color is adjusted to that of a brick or powder particle groups formed by crushing bricks.
