PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a posture control device for a work vehicle capable of increasing a posture change quantity while reducing the movement action quantity of a machine body against the ground part of a travel device and satisfactorily conducting rolling control and pitching control without complicating a control structure. SOLUTION: Four driving means capable of changing and adjusting the height against the ground part of the travel device at the left front part, left rear part, right front part, and right rear part of the machine body V are provided. The left front and left rear driving means C2, C3 or the right front and right rear driving means C4, C5 are concurrently driven by the same quantity to conduct rolling control. The left front and right front driving means C2, C4 or the left rear and right rear driving means C3, C5 are concurrently driven by the same quantity to conduct pitching control. One of the rolling control and the pitching control is conducted preferentially to the other, then the other control is conducted.
