PURPOSE: A vinyl synthetic resin bonding machine is provided to increase productivity and reduce a loss of manpower by simultaneously bonding and cutting vinyl synthetic resins with a thermal processor and a cutter. CONSTITUTION: A vinyl synthetic resin bonding machine includes a roller(3), a thermal processor(5), a cooling pipe, a water cooler, a conveying roller and a cutter(9). The thermal processor has many thermal bonding part(4) formed on one side of the roller. The cooling pipe is mounted on a central portion of the roller and the thermal processor for allowing cooling water to be conveyed. The water cooler is connected with the cooling pipe. The cutter is mounted at a prescribed interval from the conveying roller located at a lower portion of the water cooler.
