<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide paste or mortar which is interposed between an existing hardened concrete and water-permeable concrete for enhancing adhesive strength between them when the water-permeable concrete is newly cast on the existing hardened concrete. SOLUTION: This paste or mortar contains 100 pts.wt. cement or a powdery mixture containing cement, 0-300 pts.wt. fine aggregate, a polymer of 0.5-20 pts.wt. in terms of solid, and water of the amount satisfying that the paste or mortar falls down through the J14 funnel within 3-15 seconds. Synthetic rubber, an emulsion of a thermoplastic resin, an emulsion of a thermosetting resin and a re-emulsified powdery resin are exemplified as the polymer.</p> |
