PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ABS resin excellent in roll-peeling property, long run property and heat stability in calendering, and suitable for calendering free from coloring. SOLUTION: One or more kinds of aliphatic phosphoric acid ester compounds are added to an ABS resin. By adding an aliphatic phosphoric acid ester compound, the ABS resin composition achieving the above purpose is obtained.
