PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tip raised chopstick which can be hygienically placed on the table without a chopstick rest, the tip portion being raised. SOLUTION: The chopstick has a main body (1) in which the head portion of the chopstick is heavier than the tip portion. In the middle of the chopstick there is provided a projected support base (2) which is bigger than the thickest part of the main body (1), thereby making it possible to place a chopstick on the table with the tip portion raised.
