PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remarkably simplify a work even at a manufacturing stage or even after a manufacture in the case of molding a small-sized concrete product. SOLUTION: A form for the concrete product comprises a form body 2, and a supporting form 3 for supporting the body 2 from a lower surface side. In this case, the body 2 is formed of a plastic sheet material. Many form parts 2a are provided on its plate surface so that many concrete products can be molded at once. A ready mixed concrete is charged in the parts 2a, and flatly leveled on its surface. Thereafter, the form is vibrated and cured, and the products are dried as they are without releasing the products from the parts 2a. After drying, the body 2 is disposed on an outer surface. Then, the body 2 is doubled, and peripheral edges of the doubled body 2 are stapled. Thus, the body 2 becomes a packaging material of the product as it is.
