PURPOSE:To obtain a cream solder print inspecting method in which position and area can be determined correctly even when the cream solder is partially blurred and separated. CONSTITUTION:When an imaging unit performs inspection of cream solder print through color image processing, a window 9 is set for an imaged cream solder 7. Color is extracted from the cream solder 7 in the window 9 thus detecting all cream solder patterns 10 having area larger than a preset level. Position is then detected based on the sum of the positions of the center of gravity of respective patterns corresponding to the ratio of area of detected cream solder patterns 10. Area of cream solder is then calculated based on the sum of areas of respective patterns and comparison is made between the calculated position and a reference position and between the calculated area and a reference area thus deciding whether the cream solder is acceptable or not. |
