PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a head-forming vegetable harvester which can improve the postures of pulled head-formed vegetables to improve the carrying accuracy and control cutting sites at a constant point. SOLUTION: This head-forming vegetable harvester having a stem root portion-pulling and carrying device for nipping, pressing and pulling out the stem root portions of head-forming vegetables planted in a filed, and carrying the pulled head-forming vegetables in the rearward and upward inclined direction, while traveling, characterized by disposing rubbing guides between which the stem root portions are inserted and which rub and guide the bottoms of the formed head portions.
