NOZZLE FOR INK JET RECORDING HEAD AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily manufacture a nozzle which prevents printing degradation of an ink jet recording head. SOLUTION: One or a plurality of notches are formed to an annular projecting part surrounding the nozzle. The annular projecting part surrounding the nozzle is formed in an elliptic shape. After a thin film is formed to the side of a front face of a substrate where the nozzle is formed, a region except a step and the annular projecting part is etched and removed by photolithography.
