ORTHOGONAL MIXER CIRCUIT AND COMPLEX MIXER CIRCUIT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a receiver for performing image wave suppression precisely by removing the amplifying characteristic variation of a mixer without worsening the phase shifting of an IF signal. SOLUTION: This circuit has a differential amplifier, pairs of differential transistors, an impedance circuit and a load impedance. The differential output of the differential amplifier is coupled respectively to the coupling point of the first pair of differential transistors and the first impedance circuit and the coupling point of the second pair of differential transistors and the second impedance circuit. The product of the first differential multiplication signal and the second differential multiplication signal is outputted from the coupling points of a load impedance and the first/second pairs of differential transistors and the product of the first differential multiplication signal and the third differential multiplication signal is outputted from the coupling points of the load impedance and the third/fourth pairs of differential transistors.
