METHOD FOR PRODUCING LAMINATE TYPE PHOTORECEPTOR AND SUBSTRATE FOR THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a laminate type photoreceptor which suppresses the occurrence of black spots in image formation and has good electrophotographic characteristics without requiring detergent preparing work and any special facilities and to produce a substrate for the photoreceptor. SOLUTION: When the laminate type photoreceptor is produced by disposing an electric charge generating layer and an electric charge transferring layer on an alumite layer formed by electrolyzing an aluminum substrate, the final washing of the alumite layer is carried out by immersing the layer in pure water having <=30μS electric conductivity at 75-95 deg.C for 10-120 sec and taking the layer out of the pure water at 10-40 nm/sec rate.
