摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a satellite signal positioning system which can save energy by a method wherein a master-station-side satellite signal receiver and a slave- station-side satellite receiver perform a positioning operation intermittently and a communication apparatus between a master station and a slave station is operated only in a state that a positioning position can be obtained. SOLUTION: On the side of the master station, approximate satellite track information on all satellites in the same reference time during an intermittent operation and updated detailed track information are acquired and stored. The approximate track information and the detailed track information are used for the positioning operation, and they are transmitted to the side of the slave station. On the side of the slave station, the approximate track information and the detailed track information which are transmitted and which are the same as those of the master station are used for the positioning operation. Thereby, also the side of the master station can be operated intermittently by a power-supply on/off device whose operating current is extremely small, and both the side of the master station and the side of the slave station can save energy.
