PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an automatic equalizer and a motor using it at a low cost and realize high precise function by moving balancer balls 202 smoothly with simple structure. SOLUTION: When a rotating speed is low which does not exceed a set reference number of revolutions SR of a rotor, balancer balls 202 in an accommodating part 201 for equilibrium are surely held in a region on the rotating center side with inside step parts 204 of simple constitution. Consequently, mutual contact of the balancer balls 202 is surly prevented, and generation of contact noise and damage is sufficiently avoided. When the number of revolutions exceeds the number of revolutions SR, the respective balancer balls 202 are made to get over the inner step parts 204 and move to the outer diameter side.
