SOLUTION: Plural FETs 306 and two electrodes 371 formed on the same high dielectric constant board 304 are formed in a package. One of the electrodes 371 is connected to the side of the signal input of at least one of the FETs 306, and the other electrode 371 is connected to the side of the signal input of the other FETs 306.
