PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system capable of preventing the use of a forged card by utilizing report information from a card settlement processing terminal and also finding out wrongdoer utilizing schema. SOLUTION: This card settlement processing terminal can notify an external computer of the effect that an illegal action is made to a memory when it is detected that the terminal main body is opened. The external computer can approve card settlement processing when the number of inquiring times falls below the set number of times and can also reject the card settlement processing when the number of inquiring times surpasses the set number of times in the case of receiving an inquiry about card settlement processing information that can be associated with stored report information to be stored in a use card information table and also includes card information being the same as stored use card information when the external computer receives card information from the card settlement processing terminal after storing the received report information in a report information table.
