PURPOSE: A valve for preventing the fuel leakage of a vehicle is provided to smooth the flow of evaporated gas to a canister in a normal state and prevent the leakage of the liquid fuel of a fuel tank toward the canister when the vehicle is overturned. CONSTITUTION: A valve for preventing the fuel leakage of a vehicle includes a valve housing(1) formed with an inlet port(2) connected to a fuel tank and an outlet port(3) connected to a canister, the inlet and outlet ports being in opposite direction, a partition wall(5) traversely formed in the valve housing for defining upper and lower chambers in the valve housing and formed with a plurality of communication holes(4) for connecting the upper and lower chambers to each other, rubber valves(8) mounted on the partition wall in the vicinity of the communication holes for opening or closing the holes, and a piston(9) received in the lower chamber and supported by a spring(10) for pressing the rubber valve when the vehicle is overturned.
