COMPOSITION OF ORAL SOFT CHEWABLE TABLET AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: Provided are an oral soft chewable tablet containing saccharides and plant oil and the manufacturing method thereof, thereby improving its adsorption to the tooth and shape stability thereof and giving pleasant mouth feeling. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of an oral soft chewable table comprises the steps of: dissolving saccharides in a dissolving tank of 110-116 deg.C; adding an emulsifying agent thereto and followed by concentration under the vacuum condition; passing the concentrate thereof through steam cooling conveyer to cool it to 65-80 deg.C; adding additives, such as coloring agents, flavoring agents, pH regulating agent and the like thereto; passing it through a cooling conveyer to cool it to 38-45 deg.C; formulating it into a tablet; and passing the tablet through the cooling conveyer to cool it to 10-20 deg.C and packing it.
