PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a graphic information distribution system to make distribution of diagrams and graphs efficient. SOLUTION: This system is provided with an information storage part to store information to be provided to a user by an information distributing device, a receiver information storage part to record and manage a list of information receiver/display devices and device information, a means to decide whether the distribution is dealt with by change of graphic information or a new piece of the graphic information is required to be transmitted to the information receiver/display device by referring to the information storage part and the receiver information storage part, to create graphic attribute change information when the distribution is dealt with by change of the graphic information and to create the new piece of the graphic information when the new piece of the graphic information is required to be transmitted to the information receiver/display device and a means to transmit the created graphic attribute change information, the graphic information to the information receiver/display device, the information receiver/display device receives the graphic information, the graphic attribute change information to be transmitted from the information distributing device, updates the graphic information in the graphic information storage part based on the new pieces of the graphic information or graphic attribute change information and displays the updated pieces of the information based on the information in the graphic information storage part.
