PURPOSE: A method and device for a free phone service on the Internet is provided to enhance an advertising effect by accumulating free phone coupon points gradually in accordance with a time and a stage watching an advertisement using a phone by the accumulated points on the Internet and subtracting the points in accordance with fixed phone charges in using a phone. CONSTITUTION: A user connects to a free phone web server and registers as a member through the Internet network(S100-S200). The member who registered in the free phone web server accumulates free phone coupon points through information provided on a web and an advertisement(S300). A set advertisement is displayed when the member performs a free calling using the accumulated coupon points(S400). The accumulated coupon points are subtracted in accordance with phone charges when the member performs a free calling to other person(S500). If accumulated coupon points are exhausted during a free calling, the calling is completed(S600).
