PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To discover even a fire that breaks out in the middle of the night in an early stage. SOLUTION: This system is provided with a laser radar 2 that rotationally scans the atmosphere with detecting light and detects information about smoke in the atmosphere and an image display device 3 which is synthesized with the rotation of the radar 2 and displays the information about the smoke in an image.
