Primary and secondary receiving servers (3, 4) connected to a user terminal (1) through the Internet (2) are provided. The primary receiving server (3) receives requests for commodity purchase or order of service provision from user terminals in order, converts the request order numbers to different reference numbers, sends them to the respective user terminals (1), and allows each terminal to display the number on the display. The secondary receiving server (4) refers to the reference numbers returned from the terminals (1) on which the reference numbers are displayed, receives the orders from the user terminals (1), sends the results of the reception to the user terminals (1), and allows the terminals to display the results.
