PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bag with spout which is made of plastics for soft packaging with a spout attached to an opening at one side thereof and sufficiently resistive against heat, pressure, formation of pinholes and piercing, excellent in heat sealability, transparency, gas-barriering for preventing permeance of oxygen gas, vapor or the like, also resistive against heat treatment including retorting, boiling or the like and useful for filling and packaging foods and drinks such as juice, fruit juice, jellified drink, nourishing drink, drinking water, tea, coffee, milk, seasoning, oil and others, and excellent in filling, packaging and preservation of contents. SOLUTION: The bag with spout is composed of a spout main body comprising a cylindrical mouth part and a boat-shaped sticking base connected to the underside of the cylindrical mouth part and a bag-shaped container main body fixed to the boat-shaped sticking base constituting the spout main body, and the bag-shaped container main body is formed of a laminated material made up at least by laminating successively a base film, a resin film having a vacuum evaporation film of an inorganic oxide and a heat sealing resin layer. |
