PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a destaticizing sheet capable of attracting static electricity charged in the body to discharge the same atmospherically and capable of being laid in a room to deodorize an indoor atmosphere. SOLUTION: The destaticizing sheet is constituted by integrally laminating a base fabric 10, electrostatic paper 20 and the layer 30, which comprises bamboo charcoal, provided between them and allowing pile yarns 40, which contains conductive fibers, to pierce these layers to provide them in an almost U-shape and a precoat layer 50 and a backing layer 60 are formed on the other surface of the electrostatic paper integrally laminated on the base fabric 10.
