<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safe and efficient cleaning method for combustion waste gas and industrial liquid waste and to provide its device. SOLUTION: The combustion waste gas is reheated to 1,000-1,500 deg.C to decompose dioxins contained in the waste gas, and a water soluble component in the obtained gas is dissolved in water to prepare a waste gas component solution, and a heavy metal is adsorbed and removed by bringing the waste gas component solution into contact with a heavy metal adsorbing agent obtained by connecting a chelate forming group-containing compound to activated carbon. The dioxin, the heavy metal and an acidic material is extremely efficiently removed by this method.</p> |
