PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a sweetener comprising acesulfame potassium, saccharides and an α-glucosylstevia sweetener or a stevia extract and excellent in degree and quality of sweetness. SOLUTION: This sweetener composition comprises acesulfame K, an α- glucosylstevia sweetener and saccharides in 1:(0.06-12):(10-2,900) ratio of the acesulfame K: α-glucosylstevia sweetener:saccharides and 1:(150-300) ratio of the α-glucosylstevia sweetener:sacchardies. Furthermore, the sweetener composition comprises the acesulfame K, the stevia extract and the saccharides in 1:(0.04-10):(10-2,900) ratio of the acesulfame K:stevia extract:saccharides and 1:(180-310) ratio of the stevia extract:saccharides. |
