PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To relax the lag of an injection-timing of molten metal from each pouring hole in a die having many pouring holes. SOLUTION: In a shifting side die 28, through-holes 28a are formed at the positions facing plural pouring holes 32a arranged in a fixing side die 26, respectively and in each through-hole 28a, a screw part 28b is formed from the neiborhood of the center part in the axial direction thereof to a left end part, and molten metal pooling parts 55 are constituted each of a portion surrounded with the front end part of a pin 54 and side wall of the through-hole 28a by shiftably inserting the pins 54 screwed with the screw parts 28b. The molten metal pooling parts 55 are made adjustable in the volume by loosing nuts 56 screwed with the pins 54 and shifting the pins 54 to change the depth, and the positions of the pins 54 are fixed by fastening the nuts 56 so as to abut on the shifting side die 28. |
