PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anti-sense nucleic acid compound which has restraining or inhibitory action on the expression of the receptor of 1 type (FGFR1) to a fibroblast growth factor(FGF) shouldering the roles of the propagation stimulation of various kinds of cells starting with fibroblast, the cell differentiation control of cells in a hemocyte system and/or a skeletal muscle system, and the protrusion elongation and/or survival maintenance of nerve cells.
