PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper box which is relatively inexpensive, environment- friendly formed of a corrugated fiberboard, lightweight, and excellent in appearance and strength. SOLUTION: In this polygonal box formed of the corrugated fiberboard with a corrugated inner core paper 3 stuck between a face liner 2 and a back liner 4, a side wall 1 of the box is formed by folding the corrugated fiberboard so that the corrugated section of the inner core paper 3 located at upper and lower end faces, the back liner 4 of the corrugated fiberboard and the inner core paper 3 are notched so as to substantially form an angle of [180 deg.-(the corner angle of the box)] with a corner 7 as an apex at the folding position forming the corner 7 of the box, and an upper end face of the side wall is covered by a decorative tape 5. |
