PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cart allowing the subject of conveyance such as seedling boxes to be freely locked and unlocked. SOLUTION: A handle 5 is provided at the rear of a load-carrying platform 1 and wheels 6 are provided on the lower surface of the platform 1. The platform 1 is provided with a stopper device 18 locking the seedling boxes A on the platform 1 and responding to a handle lever 25. By operating the handle lever 25, the stopper body 20 of the stopper device 18 is sunk outside of a side panel 3 and unlocked from the seedling boxes. When the handle lever 25 is released while the seedling boxes are placed on the platform 1, the stopper body 20 projects inwardly from the side panel 3 and can press and hold the seedling boxes locked. Thus, the seedling boxes A are prevented from dropping during transportation.
