PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure display space according to an empty space of a store or the like by forming a goods display apparatus by using sheet-like material such as paper or the like to heighten flexibility. SOLUTION: The sheet-like material such as cardboard is used to form a support frame 1 composed of a lower frame part, right and left support frame parts 3, 4 and an upper frame part 5. Stockers 21, 21 are disposed in a fitting space 6 of the support frame 1, and in this state, the respective stockers 21 are screwed on the support frame parts 3, 4 by small screws. The right and left support frame parts 3, 4 are provided with a screen part 40 for holding the support frame 1 in an erect state on the back side. Thus, the support frame 1 can be hold in a stable state together with the stockers 21, and in this state, the upper and lower stockers 21, 21 can be used as a two-layered display rack.
