PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a stroke and an over travel to engagement and a time required for opening/closing a door and to improve a design property in a door opening/closing time by forming two blades on the car side of mutually oscillatable movable blades 1a and 1b. SOLUTION: When a door on the car side starts to open, the first movable blade la is moved and the second movable blade 1b is also moved reversely via links 1c, 1d, so that an interval between them is narrowed, while fork end rollers 4a, 4d are put between the movable blades so as to turn an interlock piece 4, and a latch part 4c in the interlock piece 4 is released from a fixing hook 5. In this way, the car side door and a landing side door are opened interlockingly. In closing the door, the first and second movable blades 1a, 1b are simultaneously moved in the opposite directions via the links 1c, 1d so as to widen a clearance between them, the fork end rollers 4a, 4d put between them are released, and the interlock piece 4 is returned to its original state for engaging the latch part 4c in the fixing hook 5 so as to fix the landing side door.
