PURPOSE:To provide the subject flame-retardant non-halogen resin composition excellent in flame retardancy and mechanical strengths such as mar resistance and abrasion resistance and useful as a wire coating material, etc. CONSTITUTION:This invented flame-retardant resin composition is obtained by blending a polyolefin of 0.85 to 0.94g/cm<3> density with a high-density polyethylene of >=0.94g/cm<3> in a weight ratio of (95 to 65):(5 to 35), using the resultant mixture as the base polymer and blending 50 to 300 pts.wt. metallic oxide hydrate with 100 pts.wt. base polymer. |
